REGULATE

A live group program to guide you back into your body, cultivate inner peace, and reconnect with Allah.

You’re not broken

You’re in survival mode and your body is still protecting you the only way it knows how.

Maybe you’re exhausted. Not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

You’ve tried:
✔️ Reading Qur’an, praying, making du’a
✔️ Therapy or “doing the inner work”
✔️ Staying strong while quietly falling apart
✔️ Self-help books, journaling, and other healing tools

But you still feel numb. Disconnected. Alone.
You’re trying — really trying — but can’t seem to break the patterns that keep you stuck.

And when it all feels too heavy, maybe you’ve been told:
“Just have sabr.”
“Pray more.”
“Trust Allah.”

But sabr isn’t suffering in silence.
It’s not supposed to feel like you’re holding your breath just to survive.

If nothing seems to land — if you still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsafe — it doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means your nervous system hasn’t felt safe in a long time. And until it does, healing will always feel just out of reach — no matter how much you pray, journal, or try.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way……

HEALING IS POSSIBLE

And you don’t have to do it alone….

With the right support, tools, and guidance, you can feel like yourself again. You can come out of survival mode.

You can return to the peace, clarity, connection, and wholeness you’ve been longing for.

I’ve been there — doing all the “right things,” praying and making du’a, but still feeling numb, anxious, and distant from both myself and Allah. I know how challenging it can be to find real freedom.

That’s why I created REGULATE — a 10-week, intimate group coaching experience designed for Muslims who are ready to finally feel safe again: In their bodies. In their hearts. In their relationships. In their deen.

This isn’t just another program. It’s a sacred, supportive space for the one who’s been carrying pain, pressure, and guilt — and still trying to hold it all together.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or spiritually distant, this was made for you.

It’s a space that honors your faith, your healing, and your humanity And it’s here to gently guide you back home to yourself and your Rabb.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You feel distant or disconnected — from Allah ﷻ, from yourself, and from your body

  • You're stuck in your head: anxious, overthinking, shut down, or even depressed.

  • You’ve learned to people-please or ignore your needs just to feel safe.

  • You’re burned out, struggling with stress or health issues no one seems to understand.

  • You’ve tried praying, journaling, therapy — but still feel stuck

  • You carry years of unprocessed trauma, shame, guilt, or low self-worth that leaves you feeling not enough.

  • You crave peace and safety — but keep falling into the same patterns.

  • You long for a space where your nervous system, emotions, story, and faith are all held with care.

THE ROADMAP:

Your healing, step-by-step

Inside REGULATE, we move through five trauma-informed phases to gently guide you out of survival mode and back to yourself.

  • Understand how trauma and survival responses (people-pleasing, shutdown, anxiety) show up in your life — and why they’re not your fault.

  • Learn gentle, body-based tools to soothe your nervous system and begin feeling safe — not just mentally, but physically and emotionally.

  • Rebuild your connection with your body, your emotions, and your relationship with Allah — without guilt or overwhelm.

  • Shift the beliefs, habits, and patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

  • Start showing up as your full, authentic self. Grounded. Soft. Connected. Ready to live beyond survival.

‘‘I have been working with a couple of therapists to cope with work stress and burnout but have never fully recovered. Working with Khadija has opened my eyes to a whole new realm of my body and self that I never really explored – my nervous system. The somatic exercises that Khadijah has introduced me and walked me through has made a big difference in my quality of life by giving me practical tools which I personally use as a quick first-aid when I am acutely stressed or triggered. This is something I never got to address through my past experiences with therapy. She is very observant and patient and would strongly recommend her services.’’

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

WEEK BY WEEK:

WEEK 1: Nervous System

We’ll explore how trauma lives in the body and why you’re not broken. You’ll learn about nervous system responses like fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and shutdown and start identifying your unique patterns. You’ll map how survival shows up in daily life and bring compassion to how your body’s been protecting you.

WEEK 2: Triggers

You will learn what triggers are and why your reactions aren’t random, they’re your nervous system protecting you. You’ll understand the concept of the “Window of Tolerance” and how trauma, society, and culture can shrink it. You’ll begin identifying what makes you feel safe vs. unsafe in your body and your relationships.

WEEK 3: Boundaries

You will learn how to recognize when your body says yes and when it says no — and how trauma teaches us to override that. We’ll talk about people-pleasing as a survival strategy, and how to begin honoring your limits without guilt. You’ll also explore how to build felt safety and self-trust when speaking your truth.

WEEK 4: Emotions

This week, we’ll explore emotional suppression, how you learned to disconnect from your feelings, and how to begin building emotional capacity again. You’ll learn that anger, fear, grief, all have a place in your healing. You’ll also practice tools to regulate big emotions without judgment & validate your experiences.

WEEK 5: Integration

This week is about slowing down to let everything settle. Rather than rushing into more, you’ll pause and reflect. This is where true healing deepens: not by doing more, but by letting it land. You’re giving your nervous system space to breathe and your heart a chance to catch up. No new learnings here.

WEEK 6: Inner Child

We go deep into childhood wounds this week. You’ll reconnect with the parts of you that never got their needs met and explore how emotional neglect, control, or chaos shaped your current patterns. We’ll focus on seeing your inner child through the eyes of compassion and begin the reparenting process.

WEEK 7: Belief System

Shame is one of the biggest blocks to healing. This week, you’ll explore where your shame comes from (family, culture, religion) and how it shows up in your life. We’ll look at the inner critic — that voice that tells you you’re not enough — and begin to shift it into something more compassionate.

WEEK 8: Faith

This week is sacred. We’ll explore how religious trauma or fear-based teachings may have shaped your relationship with Allah and worship, keeping you in survival mode. You’ll begin to unlearn harmful beliefs rooted in control and reconnect with your faith through love, softness, and divine mercy.

WEEK 9: Inner Peace

This week you’ll begin crafting a life rooted in balance, safety, and presence, no longer led by survival, but by compassion and gentleness. We'll also explore balancing feminine and masculine energy.

WEEK 10: Celebration

In our final week, we honor how far you’ve come, integrate your healing, and set sacred intentions for the version of you you’re continuing to come home to. Your journey to self-reconnection doesn’t end here!

‘‘My coaching sessions were truly an eye-opening experience. For the first time, I was able to hear what my inner child felt and what she wanted to say, something I had never experienced before. Khadija created such a safe and supportive space that allowed me to tap into emotions and memories I didn’t even realize were still affecting me. I felt an emotional release that was deeply healing and left me with a sense of clarity and peace. These sessions brought a level of awareness and relief that I didn’t know I needed. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves.’’

TRAUMA HAPPENS IN ISOLATION…

HEALING HAPPENS IN COMMUNITY

We know it can feel scary to join a space like this — to be seen in your struggles, to open your heart after it’s been hurt. Vulnerability takes courage

But you don’t have to keep pretending you’re okay when you’re not. Healing was never meant to be a solitary journey.

In Islam, we’re not meant to carry hardship in silence. We are an ummah — a community — created to hold one another with mercy and compassion.

This is a soft, sacred, and safe refuge. A place where you can feel seen, held, and understood — just as you are. Where other Muslims are healing too.

You were never meant to carry it all alone and now, you don’t have to.

This is what’s possible when you heal

your nervous system

Your Instructor

Asalamu Alaykum! I’m Khadija Osman, a trauma recovery coach and somatic practitioner trained in nervous system regulation, inner child healing, and somatic trauma work. I help Muslims come out of survival mode, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild their relationship with themselves and with Allah.

Before I guided others through this work, I was the one feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected — despite doing “all the right things.” I prayed, journaled, and sought help, but nothing truly landed until I discovered nervous system healing and somatic work.

For years, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and chronic health issues that no one could fully explain. I felt like I was constantly trying to survive, even when everything looked fine on the outside. This work changed my life. It helped me feel safe in my body again and reconnect with my heart and my Rabb.

And now, I’m here to walk with you as you do the same.

You’re not broken — you’re just in survival mode. And healing is possible!

  • No prior experience is needed. The program is designed to be accessible and supportive for beginners, providing step-by-step guidance to understand and regulate your nervous system and work compassionately with your nervous system.

  • This program is different because it offers a unique blend of trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, inner child healing, and Islamic healing practices — all woven together through my personal experience as a trauma coach and Muslim woman. It’s designed to help you achieve deep, lasting transformation by addressing the root causes of survival patterns and reclaiming your life in a holistic, compassionate way.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on processing past trauma, this program combines somatic and spiritual tools to help you regulate your nervous system, heal unmet childhood needs, and reconnect with your faith and authentic self. It’s a powerful complement to therapy but not a substitute for professional mental health treatment when needed. For those who show up with openness and commitment, this program provides a clear, step-by-step path toward freedom, safety, and inner peace.
